We are looking to hire a Customer Service and Support.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties and Authority
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain customer records and update account information in the system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous support.
- Assist in preparing customer service reports and documentation.
- Monitor market trends, analyze challenges, and recommend improvements.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other basic office software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, detail-oriented, with good problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Customer service or related field.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft word and excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Is organized and self- motivated
- Proven working experience in call center and social media marketing is an added advantage.
